Ingredients:
- 750ml blanco tequila
- 1–2 fresh jalapeños, sliced (seeds in for max heat, seeds out for more control)
- 1 quart-sized glass jar
Instructions:
- Wash and slice jalapeños.
- Add to jar, pour in tequila, and seal.
- Infuse for 1–2 days max. Taste daily — this one gets spicy fast.
- Once desired heat is reached, strain and discard peppers.
Safety Tip:
Wear gloves or wash hands immediately after handling peppers — especially before touching your face.
