Instructions:

  1. Zest It Up:
    Wash your citrus well. Peel thin strips of zest and toss them into your clean jar.
  2. Pour It In:
    Add the bourbon over the zest. Seal the jar tightly and give it a little shake.
  3. Infuse It:
    Let sit in a cool, dark place for 4–5 days, swirling gently once per day.
  4. Taste It:
    Check the flavor on Day 4. Want it punchier? Let it go one more day.
  5. Strain & Store:
    Remove zest and strain into a clean bottle. Store at room temp or refrigerate for a crisper finish.
