Instructions:

  1. Prep It:
    Lightly bruise the rosemary with your hands or a muddler to release its oils — don’t crush it to death, just wake it up.
  2. Combine It:
    Place the rosemary sprigs into the jar and pour the vodka over them. Seal tightly.
  3. Infuse It:
    Store in a cool, dark place (like a cabinet) for 3 days.
    Swirl gently once a day to keep things moving.
  4. Taste It:
    On day 3, take a sip. Want it stronger? Let it go another day — but rosemary gets bold fast.
  5. Strain It:
    Remove the rosemary and strain the vodka through a coffee filter or fine mesh strainer into a clean bottle.
